Paul Daligan is the Head of Creative Operations at Bully Pulpit International (BPI). A seasoned leader with more than two decades of experience across marketing operations, content production, and creative services, Paul is known for building high-performing teams and scalable systems that elevate creative work. He sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, ensuring that bold ideas are matched by operational excellence and delivered with precision.
Throughout his career, Paul has helped expand capabilities and drive innovation for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Nike, Google, American Express, Walmart, and Heineken. His experience spans both independent and global network agencies, with head of integrated production and operations roles at Anomaly, Dentsu Creative, Publicis and PMG. Most recently, he served as U.S. Head of Operations at DDB, where he led complex, integrated teams to deliver impactful work at scale.
Originally from Greenwich, London, Paul brings a global perspective shaped by his move to the United States in 2000 and his journey to becoming an American citizen in 2019. guided by the philosophy of Kaizen—a commitment to continuous improvement—he approaches both his work and life with curiosity, resilience, and a drive to keep evolving.
Outside the office, Paul is a dedicated family man living in Westchester, New York, with his wife, Marisa, their three children, Laurence, Emilia, and Nora, and their dog, Sparkle Queen. His son, Lawrence, serves in the United States Marine Corps, while Emilia is a competitive synchronized figure skater and dancer, and Nora is a competitive basketball and soccer player. Most weekends, Paul can be found navigating Westchester in full “dad chauffeur” mode, shuttling between practices and games.
