Jillian Seigel

Jillian Seigel is a Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she helps clients navigate complex public affairs challenges and shape conversations that drive meaningful change. She brings extensive experience leading large-scale paid media campaigns and cross-functional teams to BPI clients, including Meta, Coupang, and Emerson Collective. Jillian thrives on building strong client partnerships, combining strategic thinking with practical solutions to help organizations advance their goals and maximize overall impact.

Before joining BPI, Jillian worked at Rational 360 and Trilogy Interactive, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, national PACs, Democratic campaigns, and advocacy organizations. There, she paired audience development and creative testing to develop high-impact influencer, persuasion, and corporate reputation campaigns. She also led efforts to improve internal operations, streamlining processes for new business proposals, product marketing, and reporting across the digital practice. Earlier in her career, Jillian managed a portfolio of more than 400 federal accounts at ActBlue, helping campaigns strengthen their digital fundraising strategies and grow online engagement. Jillian started her career as a field organizer in New Hampshire.

Jillian holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Skidmore College and an M.A. in Strategic Communication from American University. Originally from Massachusetts, she currently lives in Washington, D.C., with her dog, Franklin.
