Ashley Buxton is a Managing Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she leads reputation-focused strategy for complex, high-stakes engagements. By delivering insights-led integrated solutions, she helps organizations sharpen their positioning and narrative, align creative and media, and activate campaigns that strengthen trust, shift perception, and drive measurable outcomes.

Ashley brings 20 years of experience advising Fortune 500 brands, with deep expertise supporting technology clients navigating political and cultural complexity. She has led reputation, brand, and growth campaigns for leading companies including Amazon, Chipotle, Google, Pinterest and Sony. She is known for effectively leading highly matrixed global teams across strategy, creative, media, and analytics in partnership with senior client stakeholders. She is passionate about building test-and-learn cultures, and as hands-on operator, she has modernized campaign workflows with AI-enabled solutions that improve speed, quality, and decision-making while keeping teams engaged and outcomes-obsessed.

Prior to joining BPI, Ashley has held leadership roles at global marketing, media and communications companies including IPG, Omnicom, and Stagwell, and helped build and scale Refinery29’s award-winning in-house creative marketing organization. She has been named a She Runs It’s Working Mother of the Year and is a featured writer, coach and speaker for Adweek’s Executive Mentorship Program.

Ashley earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA. She is based in San Diego, CA with her husband and two young boys.
