Prior to joining BPI, Shawna held leadership roles at small and large global agencies where she honed her expertise in guiding cross-functional teams and managing complex client engagements. In 2016, she founded her own consulting business, further developing her strategic approach to communications and business development.
Beyond her professional work, Shawna is co-founder and CFO of the Prevailing Family Life Center, which focuses on reaching and restoring families in vulnerable communities. This role reinforces her commitment to creating meaningful impact through strategic leadership and community engagement.
