Sarah Lines has spent the last 15 years working as a strategic communications planner, advising on brand, marketing and communication strategies. Sarah has extensive experience in generating insights around audiences and customers, developing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research to help inform her thinking.
Previous to Message House, Sarah was a Strategy Director at OMD UK during which time she won several industry awards for her work. In a senior client facing role, she was responsible for the strategic planning output across her clients. She has varied client experience spanning the public sector, telecommunications, financial services FMCG, automotive and charity.
