Lianne Bollinger is a Managing Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI). With nearly two decades of experience, Lianne is a brand expert, working on behalf of clients to create and promote communications campaigns that bolster reputation, change perception, and drive action. She has worked for a broad range of corporate and advocacy clients across the technology, retail and finance industries.
As a Managing Director in the BPI Washington, D.C., office, Lianne leads long-standing engagements with some of today’s most consequential corporations shaping society, policy and culture. Over the past 10 years, she has helped a top retail client achieve historic gains in brand perception, while also effectively tying sales to reputation advertising. Her work within the tech industry has impacted and positively shaped policy narratives around topics like AI, content moderation, government regulation and youth well-being.
In addition to corporate work, she has worked on behalf of a number of advocacy organizations and campaigns. She guided Goldman Sachs on their One Million Black Women initiative and currently consults for OneTen, a non-profit advancing a skills-first workforce approach. She also helped Massachusetts pass a ballot initiative upholding a law that prohibits discrimination based on gender identity in public places.
Previous to BPI, Lianne spent nine years at Burson-Marsteller's Proof Integrated Communications where she managed and led integrated and complex communications campaigns that included online and offline marketing, digital strategy, and media buying. Clients included Intel, Microsoft, Discover, Dominion Virginia Power, and the American Gas Association. Lianne graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in Finance.
