Katy Hampton is the Senior Director of Culture and Operations at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she supports with talent initiatives, employee experience, and business infrastructure. She is a trusted leader, managing efficient processes, and practices through empowerment and belonging.
Katy brings over a decade of experience across a wide range of working cultures. She has mastered effective communication, organizational and leadership skills. Prior to BPI, Katy supported a range of companies within the realm of business & people operations, including Common Power, Giffords, and Lululemon. She also practiced as a certified birth doula and yoga instructor.
Katy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington. She lives in Washington, DC, with her husband.
