Ibi Tayyab is a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she brings deep experience serving private, public, and cause-based clients.
In her role, she helps clients craft integrated communications strategies that go beyond awareness to shift perceptions and increase buy-in.
Ibi joins BPI from Deloitte Consulting, where she oversaw teams executing multimillion dollar federal contracts in healthcare, housing, and security. Her work included overhauling internal communications processes to increase employee engagement and advising senior leadership on enterprise-wide campaigns.
Prior to Deloitte, Ibi worked for boutique communications and public affairs firms in Houston, Texas, and Washington, D.C. She advised corporations and nonprofits on community engagement and grassroots advocacy; built coalitions for early childhood education, fair lending, and minimum wage increases; and managed multiple public awareness campaigns, including efforts around the Affordable Care Act and the Takata Airbag Recall.
Ibi is a proud Aggie and holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.
