Emma Johnson is an experienced, strategic communications advisor with a proven track record of developing and implementing mission driven campaigns for a number of global and UK wide tech, financial and professional services organisations.
As CEO, she is responsible for the effective and efficient running of Seven Hills; ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding work for clients and creating and maintaining a team culture which is supportive, challenging and rewarding.
She also leads the Seven Hills’ team responsible for MissionLab, the consultancy’s brand strategy proposition working with a broad range of clients from consumer brands and tech start-ups to charitable organisations and major global businesses to better articulate mission, demonstrate employer brand leadership, influence customer behaviour and achieve market cut-through.
Emma has 30 years of experience in the communications industry working at consultancies in London and Singapore where she led Weber Shandwick’s corporate team leading on pan-regional campaigns. She has an established track record as a destination marketeer having advised a number of cities on inward investment, placemaking and talent attraction strategies.
She lives in London, is a trustee of a south London charity providing support for those in financial need, spent five years as a trustee of African Vision Malawi, a charity established to help vulnerable people in one of the poorest countries in the world and is a member of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s advisory board.
