David Farnoush

Director, Media Buying

David Farnoush serves as Director of Buying at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where he manages some of the agency’s largest accounts and campaigns across diverse verticals, including technology, aerospace, finance, and retail. With expertise in programmatic platforms, he drives high-impact strategies, optimizes performance, and pioneers AI-based bidding solutions.

Prior to BPI, David held various leadership roles at Harmelin Media, where he launched large-scale programmatic campaigns, built new service offerings, and managed clients across education, healthcare, and consumer industries.

Based in the Philadelphia suburbs, David is a graduate of La Salle University with a Master’s in Strategic Communication and California State University - Fullerton with a BA in Psychology. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures, including hiking, camping, biking, and skiing, as well as following Formula 1 and MotoGP.
