Colin Kelly is the Senior Director of Business Operations at Bully Pulpit International (BPI). He works with client leaders and specialty teams to translate strategic vision into cross-team processes, workflows, and playbooks.
Since 2015, Colin has designed and executed integrated communications programs for political, nonprofit, and corporate clients — including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Climate Power, and the Ad Council. He was previously Senior Director of Paid Media, where he helped drive operational excellence across BPI’s paid media practice, aligning systems, talent, and strategy to maximize performance.
Based in Los Angeles, CA, Colin holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Statistics from Elon University.
