Chandler Goodman

Managing Director

Chandler Goodman is a Managing Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where he helps lead its corporate communication practice. In his role, he specializes in helping clients translate dense, complex business strategies into clear, actionable, and engaging platforms for internal and external stakeholders alike.

Chandler joined BPI after more than a decade with the management consulting firm Gagen MacDonald. There, he worked closely with several prominent clients, including Johnson & Johnson, Hyatt, The Hartford, Novo Nordisk, and Edison International. In each case, he partnered with top communicators, executives, and senior leaders to provide messaging, speechwriting, presentations, and other communication solutions to effectively introduce new corporate strategies and ensure their successful adoption. Initiatives he has supported include mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, operating model transformation, product launches, and technology implementations.

Chandler also spent three years as an in-house communicator with the Danish pharmaceutical company Lundbeck, where he led corporate reputation for its American affiliate, among other responsibilities.

Chandler is based in Chicago, where he lives with his wife Meghan. Outside of work, he is a longtime member of that city’s notorious improvisational and sketch comedy community, where he has written and performed regularly for more than a decade.
