Hydro is a global Norwegian aluminium company with ambitious ESG commitments. Achieving these ambitions is not only essential for aluminium’s role in the green transition, but also for securing Hydro’s position as a future-focused industry leader — one that drives employment, innovation, and export value.

We launched a two-part brand and talent awareness campaign, Nothing is Possible, designed to demonstrate the real-world viability of Hydro’s net-zero vision and highlight the global influence of their work. The concept was rolled out across national and local advertising as well as employer-branding initiatives, ensuring broad visibility and consistent storytelling.

Outcomes

68,000 page views in 30 days — with 25% of visitors reporting that the campaign positively shifted their perception of the Hydro brand.
3.4 million total online views, including 2.7 million on social channels — a remarkable reach in a country of just 5.5 million people.
500,000 people reached through earned media.
