Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson has over thirty years of working experience in EU and international law, public affairs and communications, working for business leaders, government and interest groups.

A qualified Barrister, he began his career in UK private legal practice. He then served a four-year Commission in the British Army Legal Corps, advising in Germany, Cyprus, UK, and Gibraltar on a range of operational, international and domestic laws. Following postgraduate studies at the Universiteit Van Amsterdam, he practised EU antitrust and regulatory law in Brussels, before turning to public affairs managing and leading a number of leading public affairs agencies . He has run campaigns covering food/drink regulation, internal market liberalisation, healthcare and environmental policy, as well as antitrust and trade law.

Andrew is a Board member of EPACA, the European Association of Public Affairs Agencies, and he regularly teaches (Universite de Paris Dauphine), speaks and writes on public affairs.
