Jacqueline Scott-Douglas is a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), specializing in research, messaging, and strategy for campaigns, corporations, and causes.
Jacqueline has more than a decade of experience in polling and strategic communications. At BPI, she helps lead the Messaging & Measurement team.
Before joining BPI, Jacqueline worked as a strategist and pollster across the political, advocacy, and technology sectors. Over the past decade, her work has helped elect Democrats in competitive mayoral, gubernatorial, and congressional races and pass ballot initiatives to expand Medicaid, raise the minimum wage, protect abortion rights, and curb predatory lending. She has partnered with the DNC, DSCC, DCCC, ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and leading progressive coalitions, with a particular focus on reaching voters in red and purple states.
Jacqueline has led research for Microsoft, YouTube, and Google on artificial intelligence, online safety, data security, content moderation, and technology leadership.
She holds a master’s degree in economic history from the University of Cambridge and a joint bachelor’s degree in political science and American history from McGill University. She lives between New York and Los Angeles.
