Over her 25 years working in strategy and research, Rachel has supported a diverse range of clients with their corporate communications, branding and messaging. Rachel has particular expertise in qualitative research, ethnography and workshop facilitation and frequently moderates focus groups and conducts conversations with hard to reach and senior audiences. She leads BPI’s thought leadership and client relationships in the area of longevity. Her specific focus is on language and she helps clients understand how they can communicate with more impact in this area.
Previously, Rachel was Director at Penn, Schoen & Berland, where she advised clients in the development of global communications strategies, underpinned by qualitative and quantitative research. As a former WPP Fellow, Rachel has a strong understanding of the inter-disciplinary nature of communications and has extensive international experience having lived and worked in the US, Brussels and the UK. Rachel is also passionate about supporting the visual arts and is currently a Board Member at the V&A Dundee.
