Lachy Roach

Lachy Roach is a Director, Strategic Advisor on the Culture Change team at Bully Pulpit International, where he advises high-profile individuals on strategies that leverage culture to advance social impact.He serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leading the development of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and providing ongoing counsel as clients’ priorities and opportunities evolve.

Prior to joining BPI, Lachy spent eight years with Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, serving as a policy analyst and public diplomacy official in posts across the Pacific and the United States. His work focused on bilateral trade, democracy, defense, and international development in the Pacific region. He later served as Senior Business Development Manager at Los Angeles-based Beacon Economics, where he led business development strategy across the firm’s client portfolio and service offerings.

Lachy holds a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of New South Wales, majoring in International Relations and International Business, and is currently pursuing a Master of International Affairs at King’s College London. As part of his undergraduate studies, he spent a year at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France.
