Katrin Nesemann is a Partner at BPI Group in Zurich, advising boards and executive teams on positioning and reputation management, organizational transformation and change communication. She steers organizations through restructuring, transformation and strategic repositioning — and does so as someone who has sat on both sides of the table, as an external advisor and an in-house operator.
Across more than 25 years on the advisory side, she has been a partner at the crisis firm CCounselors, co-founded the international transformation consultancy witten.group GmbH, and helped build several practices (public affairs, corporate-, health-care&science communications) at Burson-Marsteller across Berlin, Frankfurt and Zurich. In-house, she led internal communication at Vontobel and international public policy for rheumatology at Roche, and earlier worked with international organizations including the UN and the IMF and within German federal ministries. Her sector experience centers on financial services, pharma & life sciences, energy, chemicals, automotive and industrials.
She holds a Master’s in Political Science, Public Management and Arabic Studies (Universities of Hamburg and Beirut) and is a certified systemic coach (DGSF).
