Ferdinand Sacksofsky is a Partner in BPI’s Berlin office. A well-established face in Berlin politics and a sought-after expert in corporate and public affairs, he has spent more than a decade as a corporate lobbyist, a political commentator, and as a consultant for a variety of clients on strategy, engagement, impact, and reputation.
Before he joined BPI in 2024, Ferdinand worked for several years as the Head of Public Affairs for Burson in Germany and as Director Digital Public Affairs for ProSiebenSat.1, as well as a columnist and policy-expert for Germany’s biggest morning TV show.
As one of the driving forces in Berlin’s new generation of communication professionals, he has helped to establish a modern and sustainable campaign-based type of public affairs. Ferdinand acts as a trusted advisor, a lobbyist, a coach, and an advocate for his clients’ interests as he supports them navigating successfully through an increasingly complex political landscape.
Ferdinand has a proven background in corporate and governmental affairs, executive communications, campaigning, coalition building, and digital public affairs.
His current focus lies in the fields of media policies, defense and security, new mobility, and women’s health.
