Daniel Wixforth is Chief Growth Officer of 365 Sherpas BPI as well as Partner and Member of the European Leadership Team at BPI Group.
Since 2009, Daniel has been advising German, European, and international companies – particularly within the tech, digital, energy, and energy-intensive industry sectors – on all strategic and performance-critical issues at the intersection of policy, regulation, and business models.
His expertise further extends to geopolitical and geo-economic developments, including related international trade issues and conflicts, and their subsequent impact on economic security, business strategies, and supply chains.
Prior to joining 365 Sherpas (now 365 Sherpas BPI), Daniel spent several years working for a former Federal Government Spokesperson under Chancellor Angela Merkel, where he began his career in the field of political and strategic communication.
Daniel holds a doctorate from the Department of Philosophy and Humanities at the Freie Universität Berlin, graduating summa cum laude. His dissertation, titled “The Network is Me! Constructing an Adequate Model of a Digital European Public Sphere,” was published to critical acclaim. He is also the co-author of “Digital Election Campaigns: What Voters Seek and What Parties Offer” and has held several lectureships in Public Affairs at the University of Leipzig and the Hannover University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
As a student, Daniel worked as a freelance author for “DER TAGESSPIEGEL” newspaper’s cultural desk for several years.
