Sheldonn Plummer-Duff is the Senior Director of Survey Operations at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she oversees survey-based research projects identifying, evaluating, and deploying multiple methods of recruitment to ensure clients make decisions with accurate opinion data.
She has over ten years of survey research experience working for clients in the public, private, and government sector. Her areas of experience include quantitative and qualitative social science, market, and community-based research. Prior to joining BPI, she was Senior Manager of Survey Insights at Comscore, Inc. leading global, multi-language market research projects that provided clients and company leaders with data-based strategic insights. Before her time in market research, she spent several years managing daily operations on large-scale population research studies for NORC at the University of Chicago. Her work at NORC focused on studies targeting specialized and hard to reach populations, including minorities and aging populations. Sheldonn has also served as lead data consultant working with community stakeholders and city officials to conduct strategic planning projects for U.S. cities such as Dallas, Toledo, Miami, and Detroit.
Sheldonn received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
