Rachel Lloyd

Director, Message House BPI

Rachel Lloyd, with over her 20 years working in strategy and research, has supported a diverse range of clients with their corporate communications, branding and messaging. She is a Unilever approved lead moderator and researcher, and has particular expertise in qualitative research, ethnography and workshop facilitation. Rachel leads Message House’s thought leadership in the area of longevity. Her specific focus is on language and she helps clients understand how they can communicate with more impact in this area. 

Previously, Rachel was Director at Penn, Schoen & Berland, where she advised clients in the development of global communications strategies, underpinned by qualitative and quantitative research. As a former WPP Fellow, Rachel has a strong understanding of the inter-disciplinary nature of communications and has extensive international experience having lived and worked in the US, Europe and the UK. Rachel has recently completed two terms on the Board of the Tate Gallery Member’s Council and is currently a Board Member at the V&A Dundee.
