Nibha Rastogi is the Director of Talent at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she encompasses sourcing top candidates, workforce planning, revising people policies, and ensuring an effective hiring process.
Nibha’s focus is to enhance BPI’s growth by fostering a culture of diversity and innovation, leveraging her expertise in talent acquisition, process improvement and implementation while building comprehensive compensation structures that align with the company’s values and objectives. She contributes to the development of forward-thinking strategies that respond to the firm’s current and future needs, all while maintaining a fair, equitable and dynamic recruitment environment.
Prior to joining BPI, Nibha was the Director of Talent Acquisition at GMMB, KWI Communications, and led the HR function at Porter Novelli. Nibha graduated with her Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
She currently lives in Dallas, TX with her husband and daughter.
