Laura Krain is a Director of Media Planning at Bully Pulpit International (BPI). With over a decade of experience in paid media, she specializes in building advertising campaigns for top-tier companies and organizations across BPI’s client portfolio. She is dedicated to ensuring her work makes an impact not only for clients, but also on our world. Laura joined BPI to combine her tenured understanding of paid media with her passion for progressive politics and social justice.
Before joining BPI, Laura spent 13 years at Publicis Groupe agencies, growing her career from Associate to Vice President. There, she rotated between media strategy, buying, and operations across a range of clients and verticals, including Citigroup, Discover Financial Services, Conagra Brands, and Nintendo.
Prior to media, Laura helped open the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, where she worked to build out field trip, group tour, and educational training programs.
Laura graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in social policy. She still calls Evanston home, where she now lives with her two cats, Cory and Topanga (yes, a reference to Boy Meets World). In her free time, she enjoys seeing musical theatre, live comedy, and the latest binge-worthy TV.
