Joe Ste.Marie is the Managing Director of Product at BPI. Joe leads BPI’s product development work, where he has built out many pieces of the BPI tech stack, from the Political Ads Tracker which powered groups like the Biden campaign and the New York Times in 2020, to tools that make media planning faster and smarter, to tools to integrate polling and paid media measurement.
Joe built a deep command of ad technology and data science working on paid media campaigns at every level, including two Presidential campaigns, independent expenditures at every level, and reputational campaigns for some of America’s biggest companies. In addition to his work at BPI, Joe has driven strategy and communications as an advisor to DE State Senator Sarah McBride since 2017, throughout her groundbreaking campaign to become America’s first trans State Senator.
