Hilary Rocks Ruhe is a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she manages the marketing and advertising strategy for large corporate clients. Using her agency background, Hilary oversees the planning, launch, and implementation of as many as 45 concurrent global direct response campaigns each year.
Prior to joining BPI, Hilary was a Senior Strategist at U.Group (formerly known as Agency CHIEF), where she developed cross-channel communications for financial institutions, such as the Inter-American Development Bank, and led the marketing and advertising strategy for government entities such as the CFPB and the United States Mint. She started her career at the Washingtonian magazine’s custom media division, developing multi-channel marketing platforms for corporations, government agencies, higher education organizations, and universities.
Hilary earned her B.A. from Vanderbilt University and her M.P.S. from Georgetown University. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with her husband, Jonathan, and their rescue mutts, Titus and Daisy.
