Helen Stephens has a wealth of experience within the communications research sector, having worked in advertising and comms research for more than twenty years. Most recently she was a Director at Ipsos MORI for six years where she led communications research for a range of global brands such as Mars and Nomad Foods. 

Throughout her career, Helen has focused on providing insight from both quantitative and qualitative research to help clients improve the effectiveness of their communications, from developing early ideas for advertising campaigns through to evaluating the impact of comms in market and delivering strategic input and consultancy. She has worked across a wide range of sectors including public sector, automotive, FMCG and financial services. 

Since a life-changing brush with cancer in 2017, Helen has a particular interest in mental health and workplace wellbeing and devotes part of her time to coaching individuals to recover purpose and balance.
