Caroline Weisser

Managing Director

Caroline Weisser is a Managing Director at Bully Pulpit International (BPI), where she uses her expertise in strategic and crisis communications to help clients develop engaging, integrated campaigns.

Caroline brings a decade of communications experience across the public and private sectors to BPI. Prior to joining BPI, Caroline was the internal communications lead for global policy and crisis at YouTube. Caroline also served as the Digital Director for the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations during the Obama Administration's second term, where she developed global communications plans in support of the administration’s diplomatic priorities and launched digital media campaigns on topics ranging from political prisoners to refugee resettlement. 

Before her time in the Obama Administration, Caroline was Communications Manager at Organizing for Action, a national nonprofit dedicated to supporting community organizing around issues like healthcare and climate change, and an Assistant Press Secretary for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, where she served as a spokesperson on health, technology, and education initiatives.

Caroline graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Public Policy Studies.
